I just bought this app, and it does not contain any workout plans! day 0, week 0, reps 0. I fail to see how I will get to 200 squats with this plan.
I did buy the 100 push ups and 200 sit-ups and they both have a full work out regiment.
I like the idea of the workout regime, but this app just does not work. Save yourself the two dollars.
