Software X has a small but fundamental problem with their exercise software.
You launch the software and you are asked to complete as many "Good Form" reps of the exercise as you can; there are no other options or buttons until you complete this initial test. What is a good form Sit-Up/Push-up/Squat ? They do have an example of the exercise, but it is only available after the initial test. Also, why dont they just include a 3 second video of the perfect form exercise? Otherwise, I think these are a great series.
