Less than expected

Much better explanations and directions on the website.

No workout information loads.

I just bought this app, and it does not contain any workout plans! day 0, week 0, reps 0. I fail to see how I will get to 200 squats with this plan. I did buy the 100 push ups and 200 sit-ups and they both have a full work out regiment. I like the idea of the workout regime, but this app just does not work. Save yourself the two dollars.

iPad version ??

Awaiting an iPad version. Working out the legs is ideal for weight loss since it covers a large percentage of body muscles than any other workouts .

I love your previous apps as they have helped strenghthen my muscles and Two Hundred Sqauts is no different. It helps you gradually work up to your maximum amount without overworking you. Keep up the good work! :)

Great program!

Im on week 3 and already see an increase in strength and slimming of the thighs. I do my squats with a Swiss ball between me and the wall. I find this stabilizes my form better and feel less afraid of my knees going out. My only suggestion would be to give people new to squatting that option. Place a diagram showing them this option with a ball with the other diagram. Also, make the daily routine numbers bigger - not the screens with the individual number and timer but the opening page you open for that day with the initial routine listed horizontally. I like to see what I have tovdo before I start and its TOO small. From a marketing perspective, you would probably sell more of this application if you added a similar application targeting women and called it "slimming thighs." Great app! Thanks!

Software X has a small but fundamental problem with their exercise software.

You launch the software and you are asked to complete as many "Good Form" reps of the exercise as you can; there are no other options or buttons until you complete this initial test. What is a good form Sit-Up/Push-up/Squat ? They do have an example of the exercise, but it is only available after the initial test. Also, why dont they just include a 3 second video of the perfect form exercise? Otherwise, I think these are a great series.

Update has major flaw

I updated to the newest version and now I only have 5 seconds between sets! Used to have a minute, but I cant change the rest interval between sets. So Im stuck with 5-second breaks.

Love it

I love this app and cannot say enough about it! I am sore but a good sore! I alternate doing this one day and "200 Sit Ups" the next. No results yet but I know if I keep incorperating this in with food eating habits and cardio and strength I will be fit in no time!

200 Squats

Im using this with the same developers Situps and Pushups Challenges. Ive noticed great improvemnt over the last 3 weeks with them. Developer gives good support. The three apps together make for a very good workout. Looking forward to the "new and improved" update!

Not Working

Downloaded app, love pushups one, but this one and my sit ups one will not even load. I want my money back

Font to Small to Read

There is plenty of room on the pages, so why is the font so freaking small? I can barely read it!

My tush is sore!

I love this app. As a mom I have a hard time staying fit. I dont feel overwhelmed by my workout with this app. Its short and sweet. Now I feel like I can accomplish something with my ten minutes of free time.

This will not open for me it almost does then just goes back home why is this happening

Some advice for beginners

A swiss ball is an option, but you really should start doing squats with your back as vertical as humanly possible (if not vertical, at least flat.... stick your chest out). Hips back, chest out, knees NEVER should come past the toes!!! Shins should be vertical or VERY close to it. Knees should track direction toes are pointing. DO NOT bow in at the knees! And for knee HEALTH.... squat down ALL THE WAY! Our bodies are DESIGNED for full range of motion, it keeps the joints healthy and lubricated. Other than that, THESE APPS ARE VERY GOOD! COME OUT WITH KETTLEBELL SPORT APPS JUST LIKE THIS: 100 JERKS, 100 SNATCHES, 90 CLEAN AND JERKS (LONG CYCLE)!!!

Love IT

Works great. Has a timer that counts down between reps. Loaded fine on my Ipod Touch.

Wish it did what it says

I wish I could integrate it with facebook and twitter but it has only done just that once since I got it and since the update it shuts down for no apparent reason or goes from the actual workout to the save screen for no apparent reason.... buggy anyone?

Interesting...

I can do 855 lbs 30 times on the Super Squat Machine at the gym. Somehow I doubt this will be much if any a challenge.

I HATE squats!!! I LOVE this app! Something about it actually makes me want to do them...I guess just a challenge to get me started but once i start I feel like I cant quit until completely done. Great app!

Great motivator & Helps you keep track!

I found this app really helpful to keep me on track. I do not attend a gym as I have workout room in my home....Sometimes you can become unmotivated! This really helped me! Add some weights if this is too easy! This app is OBVIOUSLY not for the guy that can do 850 lbs squats at the gym! NO PROBLEMS ON MY END WITH LOADING OR CRASHING :) Not sure why people say they cant read the fonts? Seems fine to me ***ALSO*** For the few who cant figure out to got to SETTINGS to reset your INITIAL TEST...How can you even perform a squat without someone there holding your hand?!?!?
